This week in Gwangju – March 7-13

Last week the art gallery translation came to us via Gwangju News (GIC). You can now pick up the magazine at various locations around Gwangju. Also available at GIC are the Gwangju Art Foundation‘s Guidebook and Daily Calendar. They are in Korean and a great way to start using your iPhone translator to connect with a new Korean friend.

Check out the Gwangju Gallery Listing . Don’t miss the Joan Miro exhibit at Shinsaegae Gallery.

This month is looking pretty good for music and performance arts but this week is still a bit stuck in winter’s sleep. Only the regularly running, KBS Gayosyo! at Bitgeol Cultural Center as well as some plays in Korean. Check out this month’s calendar.
