Artist: Doug Stuber
Doug Stuber is an abstract expressionist who paints his emotions without preconceived concepts, allowing subjects to emerge in the minds of the viewers. He uses discarded paint on found material as often as possible, keeping to his belief that everyone should work to save the earth for future generations. He has exhibited on the east coast of the U.S. and in Europe and Asia since 1978. He is a Visiting Assistant Professor of English at Chonnam National University.

See his work this Thursday at Eunam Museum of Art in Gwangju-si, Jeollanam-do, South Korea in Hye-Seong Lee’s international art exhibition “Diversity.”  Beginning on Thursday, 25 August and concludes on Thursday, 8 September.  An opening reception at 6pm will be held.  The reception provides an excellent opportunity to meet and to speak with Doug Stuber.
